Fresno photo locations…

Can be a little tricky to find, but Lost lake is one of my favorites! Lots of unkempt nature, water, plenty of tall trees for shade and lots and lots of spots so you don’t usually have to compete with any other photographers for a good spot! This family was so fun to hang out with for their maternity photos! They are newer to Fresno and trusted me to find a good location for their photo session. It’s also been so hot here lately that we decided to do a morning session which I’ve been loving since it’s a lot cooler and I’m in love with how the light filters through the trees here in the morning!

As a Fresno Maternity Photographer…

I love capturing a variety of styles for moms. This mom had an outfit change halfway through so it was fun to get to capture her in a beautiful maternity gown as well as a sweet striped dress for some more casual family pictures. I love photographing both of those styles. If you like the more formal, gorgeous gown style, I am always excited to capture those soft beautiful fabrics hugging all those baby curves. I also love capturing a more laid back casual style with a simple and sweet maternity dress. It just depends on how you want to use your images and the look you’re going for in your photos.

Maternity photos are so important for documenting this time!

As someone who has just left this season of growing babies, I can attest to how fleeting this time is! Having images capturing what this time looked like for you and that help bring you back to the beauty of growing that little baby inside of you are so important. As is thinking about how you want to use these images. It does no good to have them sitting on a hard drive or on your phone where nobody can see and enjoy them. Think about creating beautiful wall art to display on your walls to enjoy daily for years to come!
