This sweet little Molly girl was just a dream for her newborn photo session with Madison Thomson Photography! She slept most of the time, had a quick nursing session, some awake smiles and right back to sleep! Sleepy babies make for quick and easy sessions! I loved her sweet name–I had a Molly doll growing up and if we’d ever had another girl, I would have been tempted by that name! Mom found me after I did newborn photos for her sister who had a little girl just a few months ago! How fun to have cousins so close in age! This family of little girls was so fun and those big sisters did such a good job listening and holding their new baby.

Madison Thomson Photography provides newborn lifestyle sessions in your home. There are a few local studio locations for an additional cost, that I can also inquire about if you’re interested in a lifestyle type session not in your home. Capturing what your life looks like right now is important to me, and I love to do that in your own home! I promise you don’t need to have the perfect home to have beautiful pictures. The main thing is going to be finding light! In this session, they had a sweet (made by daddy) bench in their entryway. We opened the front door to let in the light and I found my favorite spot! I never know ahead of time what little nook will end up being what I use, but I’m always grateful for the challenge of finding that spot in whatever home I’m in!
